since the joel attacks i'm thinking we need to form a militia. <Wingnut-soldier> (yellow) This rank will find the griefer or rule breaker kill,kick or jail them. This rank will only be allowed to jail/kill/kick lower ranks. comm-mem is an equal rank to soilder.

I might consider it for the future if things get nasty, but at the moment i think we have enough moderators to keep things under control.
